Early Childhood Education Teacher
Join the UW-Madison Child Development Lab (CDL) as an Early Childhood Teacher and help create a warm, engaging, and developmentally rich environment for children ages six weeks to five years. As part of our inquiry-based program, you’ll design play-based learning experiences that spark curiosity, support children’s growth, and build meaningful connections with families, colleagues, and university students. This collaborative teaching and research setting also offers opportunities to mentor future educators, grow professionally, and stay active through hands-on, play-centered experiences both indoors and outdoors.
