The Child Development Lab (CDL) is seeking an Early Childhood Assistant Teacher to join our relationship-based program, where strong, respectful connections with children and families are central to our work. This role partners closely with classroom teachers and staff to provide a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment that supports children’s social-emotional, cognitive, language, and physical development. The Assistant Teacher helps guide children’s behavior, supports children with diverse needs, assists in supervising university students, and ensures compliance with licensing and accreditation standards. This is an active, hands-on position that requires daily engagement in indoor and outdoor play, physical stamina, and the ability to meet the demands of a fast-paced early childhood classroom.
