Jocelyn Villa Auquilla

Hi! My name is Jocelyn Villa-Auquilla. I’m a proud Latina and Ecuadorian, currently a senior at UW–Madison pursuing a double major in Chican@ & Latin@ Studies and Legal Studies, along with a certificate in Criminal Justice. This is my second semester working with CDL. It has been one of the most meaningful and inspiring experiences for me. I have learned so much from the teachers and have enjoyed getting to know the children as well. I am grateful and lucky to have been part of the Dragonfly classroom for both of my semesters, and I truly appreciate the opportunity to work with that class. My favorite hobbies include playing with my cat, trying to teach Spanish to the babies, singing, and creating obstacle courses or fun games for the children to enjoy. I love using my imagination and encouraging them to use theirs too.
