What are your educational philosophies?

My educational philosophy is centered on fostering an environment of respect, where each child feels valued and heard. I believe in nurturing inquisitiveness by encouraging children to ask questions and explore their interests. Supporting their inquiries not only promotes a love of learning but also helps them develop critical thinking skills. Additionally, I am committed to helping children understand their sense of self by creating a safe space for self-expression and reflection. By emphasizing respect, curiosity, and self-awareness, I aim to cultivate confident, compassionate, and lifelong learners.

What is your favorite thing about working at the CDL?

I enjoy working at CDL because of its vibrant and inclusive culture, where every individual is valued and respected. The emphasis on teamwork and collaboration creates a supportive environment where we can collectively strive to offer the best program possible for the children. The respect we have for each other’s ideas and contributions fosters innovation and continuous improvement. Being part of such a dedicated and cohesive team makes me proud to contribute to CDL’s mission and vision, ensuring that each child receives the highest quality care and education.

More about me:

I am an avid outdoor enthusiast who loves kayaking and paddleboarding, activities that allow me to connect with nature and enjoy the serenity of the water. Exploring new locations and traveling are passions of mine, as they provide opportunities for adventure and discovery. I also cherish spending time with my family and friends, as well as the company of my two dogs and two cats. Reading, yoga, and meditation are integral parts of my daily routine, helping me maintain balance and well-being.
