Hi! My name is Shylee, and I am a junior studying Human Development and Family Studies with a focus on child development. I am from Los Angeles, California, and I plan on pursuing a career in elementary education or pediatric occupational therapy. I have experience working with children in a variety of settings, including working as a creative writing tutor and counselor at a camp for children with life-threatening medical conditions this past summer. Outside of school, I enjoy playing piano, dancing, and spending time with friends. I am excited to join the Duck Room this semester and support each child’s growth and development!
